Swan Group’s 105 unit development at Law Place in East Kilbride continues to make significant and exciting progress as we enter the final part of 2019. Following our previous update in October 2018, where groundwork had started and foundations were beginning after planning permission was granted in August 2018, the new community on the outskirts of Glasgow is taking shape.
After nearly a year of extensive work on the site, this exciting new chapter in the town is nearing completion. The exterior of the mixed terrace housing and flats are nearly complete, with the surrounding spaces to be worked on. The internal decorating of the homes will take place during the final stages of the project.
