Recent Images of Construction Progress at the Newhall Street Development.
Please take a look at the latest 360° construction update at the Newhall Street Development! This will be the first of regular construction updates, to show the full development timeline from beginning to end. Thanks to Blue Giraffe Imaging for providing the 360° photos and all future photo/video updates. Swan Group expects the development to be completed in approximately 18 months, providing 151 units to the East End of Glasgow.
Swan Group is happy to see the development progressing and, in collaboration with Marshall Construction, are proud to be contributing to the broader Glasgow East-End regeneration plan. Further Newhall Street progress will also be in tandem with another of the Group’s Glasgow developments commencing, Royston Road, with progress updates to be posted in Q1 2023.
