The site is circa 0.35 acres in size and is situated on Garscube Road which runs directly into Glasgow city centre giving it very easy access to all local amenities, restaurants and bars. Having direct road access also facilitates commuting into the Central Business District of Glasgow.
A site investigation was undertaken, including aspects such as a topographical survey, with the site now being fully cleared. The team now have indicative layouts drawn up ready to proceed with the planning process.
Swan Group have formulated a scheme tailored towards student accommodation, with potential for 300 PBSA to be delivered at the site.
