The Group’s Royston Road development is currently under construction and is due to be completed in the 4th quarter of 2025. The project will see the delivery of 136 units, consisting of 86 houses and 50 flats.
The site had approved planning consent for a 100-unit scheme, however, the team was able to re-design the scheme and maximise it to 136 units. Swan Group is working in collaboration with McTaggart Construction to deliver the development for the New Avenue Living Fund managed by PfP Capital.
The site, located in the Northeast of Glasgow, will further aid in addressing housing shortages within Scotland as Swan Group strives to deliver much-needed homes.
