Glasgow-based Swan Group has further strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Derek Smith as Land & Development Director.
Prior to joining Swan Group, Derek spent 23 years with Stewart Milne where he played a leading role in securing major land deals across the central belt of Scotland. He has particular expertise in securing consents for developments of all scales including mixed-use developments of up to 2,000 units.
The move demonstrates Swan Group’s commitment to growing their UK investment activity and existing asset portfolio.
