Scottish Property Awards

We are delighted to announce that Swan Group, alongside our delivery partner Thriving Investments have been shortlisted as a finalist for the Scottish Property Awards 2025 in the Build to Rent Development of the Year category for our Newhall Street, Glasgow development.

Within walking distance of Glasgow city centre, Newhall Street is in the heart of the regeneration programme being delivered by Clyde Gateway, with 151 mid-market homes set to complement and enhance the area.

It was a pleasure working with Thriving Investments and we are thrilled to have been named joint finalists in this award category.
