Earlier this year Swan Group acquired offices on Exchequer Row in Aberdeen city centre with plans to refurbish them as affordable, residential homes, bringing much needed city centre accommodation to Aberdeen.
We’re pleased to announce that we have been given building warrant approval for the initial strip out works for this exciting new development in the heart of the city. Work is expected to start in early 2020, providing a great boost to Aberdeen’s City Centre Masterplan which includes an objective to ‘grow the city centre’s employment base.’
